What To Tell Us For A Useful Reply
You do not need any of this to say hello. The more you include, the more specific the first reply will be:
- What your business does, and the plan you have in mind.
- How enquiries reach you now: a phone, an inbox, a form on an old website, a social media page.
- Whether you already own a domain name, and who it is registered with.
- For software built to order: the job it does, the people who will use it and the systems it must talk to.
- Whether it has to reach a phone as well as a browser. A guess is fine.
- Any date it needs to be ready by.

If You Asked About Valacia
Tell us which plan you have in mind and what your business does. The reply says whether that plan fits and answers anything else you asked. The Valacia Admin Centre is not open to customers yet, and no plan asks for payment up front.
If You Asked About Custom SaaS
The first reply says whether the job needs software of its own, or something smaller than you described. If it needs software, the Scoping Sprint (£1,950, credited in full) turns it into a written specification and a fixed-price Quotation. Nothing is charged until you have agreed a price in writing.
