What Happens After You Get In Touch

Your message goes to a person, not a ticket queue. We reply within one working day with an honest, written steer - including when the answer is that you need something smaller than you asked for, or that we are not the right supplier for it.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a short written scope: what we would build, what it would cost as a fixed price, and roughly how long it would take. You get that in writing before anything is committed and before any money changes hands. There is no sales call to get a price, and every figure we quote is the total payable.

What To Tell Us For A Useful Quote

You do not need any of this to say hello - but the more of it you can include, the more specific the first reply will be:

• What the software needs to do, and who will use it - customers, members or your own team.
• Whether you picture it as a web app, a mobile app or both - a guess is fine.
• What it needs to connect to - payments, calendars, bookings or systems you already run.
• Whether you already own the domain name, and who it is registered with.
• Any date it needs to be live by.
• Whether you want us to run it for you on Google Cloud, or to take the handover into your own Google Cloud environment.

Where We Are

Linko Vectis is a fully online UK team. We work from Chesterfield in Derbyshire, and our registered office is a post-only address rather than somewhere to visit. Every project runs online - a first call, shared designs, previews you can click - which is how we can take on work anywhere in the UK. Where you are does not change the price or who is on your build.
