What We Promise About Your Price

Your Price Does Not Move
The price of an active plan will not increase for at least twelve months from sign-up. Any future increase is notified at least thirty days ahead by email, and the plan can be cancelled before it takes effect at no charge.
Published prices can change for new customers, and that is the only thing that changes.
Every Figure Is The Total Payable
The number on the card is the number you pay. There is no setup fee, no activation fee, no commission on the bookings or enquiries your site brings in, and no per-booking, per-member or per-staff charge on any plan.
Annual billing is charged once a year and works out at two months free against paying monthly.
Leave Any Time
A monthly plan is rolling. Cancel whenever you like and there is no cancellation fee and nothing to escape from. On Pro and Business your own domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours whatever you decide.
If you drop back to the free plan, the site returns to a Valacia subdomain and the “Powered By Valacia” badge comes back.
What This Does Not Do Yet
The honest limits of what you are buying, in the same breath as the price. We would rather you read this now than find it out later.
Bookings Are Deliberately Minimal
The Business booking system takes appointment requests and sends email confirmations. That is all it does. There are no payments, no deposits, no SMS reminders, no calendar sync and no staff management. If you need scheduling that does those things, it is a custom SaaS application rather than a plan on this page.
The Free Plan Keeps Its Badge
Starter stays on a Valacia subdomain and always carries a small “Powered By Valacia” badge, which links back to us and cannot be removed on the free plan. Your own domain and badge removal start on Pro.
Every Plan Is One Page
Valacia generates one page, on every plan, including Business. Paying more does not add pages. Anything that needs an application behind it - accounts, stored data, integrations - is a custom SaaS application, quoted separately.
How We Will Price Anything We Add
We are still building. These are the rules the price of anything we add will follow, written down before there is anything to sell you.
One Flat Price Per Business
Whatever we add is priced per business, not per seat, per user, per member or per booking. Growing should not quietly cost you more each month.
No Commission On Money You Take
We do not take a percentage of your bookings, your enquiries or your sales today, and we are not going to start. That is a pricing model rather than a launch offer.
No Setup Fee, Annual At Two Months Free
The same shape as the plans above: nothing to pay to start, and paying for a year costs ten months rather than twelve.
Priced On The Day It Launches
The price is published the day the thing is buyable and not a day before. There is no pre-launch figure and no placeholder you have to ask us about.

Valacia is one page, generated for you. Some businesses need software of their own instead - and that is a different kind of work, priced per project.
When your business needs customer accounts, payments, bookings that go beyond simple requests or tools built around how you work, that is not a bigger website - it is a custom SaaS application. We design and build those to order on Google Cloud, each one priced individually and confirmed on a written quotation before any work begins.
There is deliberately no price list for that work on this page. Valacia prices are flat and published above; a custom application is quoted per project, in writing, once we know what it has to do.

What Happens If I Cancel
It depends on how you are billed. A monthly plan is rolling with no minimum term and no cancellation fee, so you can stop at any time and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for. An annual plan is paid twelve months up front and runs to the end of that year; the unused part of an annual year is not refunded, so cancelling early stops the renewal rather than releasing money already paid. Either way, your site drops back to the free Starter plan on a Valacia subdomain with the “Powered By Valacia” badge, and your own domain stays registered in your name.
Do You Take A Commission On My Bookings Or Enquiries
No. We take no percentage of your bookings, your enquiries or anything you sell, and there is no per-booking, per-member or per-staff fee on any plan. You pay the flat monthly or yearly figure and nothing else, however busy the site gets.
