What It Costs Against What You Already Pay
Most trades already pay something every month for the phone to ring.
This is a different way to spend part of it: a site you own, on a domain in your own name, with the enquiry coming straight to you and nobody taking a cut of the job at the other end. It is £19 a month, there is no setup fee, and the figure shown is the total payable.

Do I Need A Website If I Am On A Lead Platform?
They do different jobs, and the honest answer is that plenty of trades run both. A lead platform sends you work on its terms and owns the relationship, the reviews and the pricing that sit around it. A site on your own domain is what somebody finds when they search your name after a neighbour recommends you, and it is what you point at from a van, a card or a written quote. What we will not do is tell you to cancel something that is currently paying for itself.

Yes - nothing is locked in at sign-up. Valacia is a generator rather than an editor you have to learn, and both paid plans include priority managed updates, so keeping your wording and your pictures current is part of what you already pay for rather than a separate job with a separate invoice.
Will This Get Me To The Top Of Google?
No, and nobody can promise it. Every Valacia site ships with the technical groundwork - correct metadata, a canonical URL, a sitemap and structured data, on a fast, static-first site hosted on Google Cloud. That groundwork is a standard we can be held to. A position on Google is outside anyone's control, so a builder guaranteeing you one is selling something they cannot deliver.
Will This Put Me On Google Maps?
No - that is a Google Business Profile, and it is a separate free thing you set up yourself with Google. For a trade it usually matters more than the website does, because a nearby search often shows the map results before anything else. We do not set it up for you. The two work together: the profile is what gets you found locally, and your site is what somebody reads before they ring.
Will The Price Go Up After I Sign Up?
