Who we are

Linko Vectis Ltd ("we", "us") is a UK technology firm and the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at connect@linkovectis.com.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message. Our spam protection also processes your IP address at the moment of submission (see below). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across the web.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to take any steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to a contract. We will not use your details for marketing without asking you separately.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the form and deliver your message. They process your data only on our instructions:

• Resend - delivers the contact-form email to our inbox. It receives the contents of your submission for the purpose of email delivery.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) - provides cookieless bot protection on the form. To verify a submission is genuine, it processes your IP address and a challenge token. It does not set tracking cookies.
• Google Firebase Hosting - hosts this website and the function that handles the form.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practices.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at connect@linkovectis.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and uses no browser storage for tracking. If we add analytics in future, it will be gated behind a consent banner and will not run until you opt in.
