What Happens After You Get In Touch

Your message goes to a person, not a ticket queue. We reply within one working day with an honest, written steer - including when the honest answer is that you need something smaller than you asked for, or that we are not the right supplier for it.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a short written scope: what we would build, what it would cost as a fixed price, and roughly how long it would take. You get that in writing before anything is committed and before any money changes hands. There is no sales call to get a price, and every figure we quote is the total payable.

What To Tell Us For A Useful Quote

You do not need any of this to say hello - but the more of it you can include, the more specific the first reply will be:

• What the site is for, and who you need it to reach.
• Roughly how many pages or sections you think it needs - a guess is fine.
• Whether you have your own words and images, or want help with them.
• Whether you already own the domain name, and who it is registered with.
• Any date it needs to be live by.
• Whether you want us to host and maintain it on the Managed Website Plan, or to take the finished build away and host it yourself.

Where We Are

Linko Vectis is a fully online UK team. We work from Chesterfield in Derbyshire, and our registered office in London is a post-only address rather than somewhere to visit. Every project runs online - a first call, shared designs, previews you can click - which is how we can take on work anywhere in the UK. Where you are does not change the price or who is on your build.
